Legal Terms

1. All Claims and legal procedures in respect or reference to CashflowinCom are subject to Greek Law and Greek Jurisdiction in the Courts of Athens, Greece.

2. CashflowinCom shall be kept harmless from any claims which may arise between subscribers and their sellers.

3. Charge backs: All Charge backs will be challenged unless in case of fraud.

4. Before seizing any court, all subscribers of CashflowinCom agree to a simple arbitration procedure, whereas each party names an Arbitrator from amongst the CashflowinCom membership and then the two Arbitrators nominate a head Arbitrator from CashflowinCom Admin or from YORGOO.com Admin. The decision can be challenged in the courts of Athens by ordinary procedure. Arbitration must come to a conclusion within 30 days.

5. NO refunds: As services and downloadable materials become available as soon as the payments are made, no refunds of Subscriptions are due, nor by sellers nor by Admin for the hosting and set-up fee.
